Games in the pool and on the field, BBQ dinner, more games and finally sleeping in the tents

Friday 15 February
Students are collected as normal by parents or nannies at 2:30pm or students attend their regular Friday After School Programme activities.
Students participating in the聽Camp聽Out will return to school and meet under the Knowledge Centre at 4:00pm with a bag containing the items from the packing list below. The first activity will be to put up tents on the school field and sort out their beds. They will then participate in some games in the pool and on the field, before a BBQ dinner, play some聽more games and finally try to sleep in the tents.
Students will be placed in groups of 2-3 to sleep in tents, with boys and girls聽camping聽in separate tents. The tents will be near the pavilion, which has toilet facilities. Teachers will be sleeping in separate tents.
Saturday 16 February
Students will get up at sunrise and have breakfast. They will then pack their bags and take the tents down. Students should be collected by parents from under the Knowledge Centre at 8:30am
Staffing & Supervision
This activity will be lead by Ben Wiggins (PE teacher) and accompanied by several other 糖心Vlog teachers.
Packing List聽– students will need to bring the following items (with their names on):

鈥⒙燙hange of clothes for Saturday
鈥⒙燬wimsuit and towel
鈥 Teddy bear
鈥⒙燭oothbrush and toothpaste
鈥 Mosquito Spray / Sunscreen
鈥 Medicine – If your child needs medicine could you please indicate so on the permission form, label the medicine and then hand it to a member of staff on Thursday
Permission Form
If you give your child permission to attend we ask that you complete the聽. The deadline for completing the permission form is Monday 11 February.
Parent Meeting
On Wednesday 30 January we will host a brief parent meeting in the Elementary Multi-purpose Room (Building E, Level 1) at 2:00pm. We will outline the plans for the event and answer any聽questions聽that you might have.
We recognise that for some students the聽camp聽may be their first occasion away from home on their own. If you believe that聽your child is not yet ready to take this step, but would benefit from participating in the other evening activities, please contact Ben Wiggins or your child鈥檚 homeroom teacher to discuss how we can include your child聽in this event.
